Pat has three decades of experience in the Denver metro area specializing in water resources, drainage and flood control, site development and processing, infrastructure development, and special district management. He has been the Water Resource Manager for a national engineering firm, a principal with a local engineering firm, the Engineering and Site Development Manager for a commercial development company, and serves as President of Mulhern MRE. Pat holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s degree in Hydraulic Engineering from Colorado State University. Ronald L. Lambert, P.E. Ron is also a veteran of drainage and flood control, site development and processing, infrastructure development, and engineering design in the Denver metro area. He has been responsible for major Floodplain Identification projects for the Federal Emergency Management Agency as well as the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District. Ron was the Drainage and Flood Control Manager for Douglas County for five years, and has been responsible for the design and construction of a large amount of commercial site infrastructure for development along with water and sanitation infrastructure for special districts. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Colorado.Mitchell M. Chambers Mitch serves as the Operations and Construction Manager for Mulhern MRE. He has overseen the operations for water, wastewater, parks and recreation, landscape installations, and maintenance for several districts in the area. He specializes in taking on difficult projects and problems and works well with people to simplify the projects and solve the problems. He has also managed the construction of numerous facilities including the Dry Creek Pedestrian Bridge Extensions into Inverness, the Belle Creek Family Center, the Stonegate Recreation Facility, the Inverness Monument Signage and Landscaping Project, the construction of numerous street improvements, the Inverness Water Storage Tank, the Regis High School Site Improvements, and the Inverness Pipeline Connections to ACWWA. In addition, Mr. Chambers has managed special districts and has been actively involved in coordination and cooperation in the TREX improvements along I-25 with RTD and CDOT. Prior to joining Mulhern MRE, Mitch spent 15 years in the oil and gas industry including 12 years with Chevron as a drilling manager, petroleum engineer, geothermal operations engineer and Property Enhancement Manager.
