As a Regional Manager of Municipal Accounts & Consulting, Ms. Phillips oversees the accounting and operations of over 50 entities. Ms. Phillips has extensive experience in managing teams dedicated to the accounting for water districts, water supply corporations, cities and emergency service districts. She has expertise in converting new water districts from prior bookkeepers, creation districts, investment of district funds and experience in financial reporting.

Municipal Accounts & Consulting, L.P. was founded in 1979 and our primary focus is servicing water districts, along with governmental and not-for-profit entities.

Municipal Accounts has been in existence since 1979 and is focused on serving the government sector including, but not limited to, Water District, Emergency Service Districts, City Municipalities, Improvement Districts, Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones and Management Districts. We provide bookkeeping and financial services for over 250 of these entities and with over 100 years of bookkeeping, auditing and investment experience we are well versed in the intricacies of government financial reporting which we use to enhance and verify the integrity of your accounting data.
