Practicing law for over 35 years, Steve Kirsch is an accomplished litigator skilled in mediation, arbitration and civil litigation. He has tried more than 50 jury and 25 court trials to verdict with 90 percent of these cases resulting in winning outcomes. As national counsel for Target, Mervyn's, Kmart, Sears and other prominent retail chains, Steve is recognized as one of the nation's most experienced lawyers in flammable fabrics litigation. He also represents manufacturers and excess carriers in these complicated cases.
