We provide financial and technical assistance to develop the villagers’ arable land into oil palm holdings (smallholder projects) through cooperative programme, Koperasi Kredit Primer Anggota (KKPA) and village development programmes. The other community projects include the construction of wells, road repairs, and free clinics for the impoverished, as well as financial assistance for local community projects. These programmes fulfill the twin objectives of elevating the community’s income levels and creating employment.

Perguruan Sutomo in Medan, Indonesia, was one of the earlier educational foundations where Mr Anwar Karim dedicated his time and energy. He developed an early childhood education programme, with the intention to provide education opportunities to all children. Through his endeavours, the Anwar Karim Foundation and Musim Mas continue to provide scholarships for underprivileged and bright elementary students in pursuit of this vision.
