True Colors True Colors introduces participants to personality and temperament styles that can influence all aspects of interpersonal relationships and is an integral part of group and team dynamics. Presentations can be tailored to suit the needs of individual organizations. Specifically designed for educational institutions. Adventure in TEKS Can be scheduled for individual groups with a minimum of 10 participants. Teachers will have the opportunity to bring the objectives they find most difficult to teach and be given specific activities and strategies to help teach those objectives in a way that is both innovative and fun. Adventure in Education Participants will learn the concepts that drive experiential education and their influence in the school setting. Participants will also learn games and initiatives that can be used in any educational setting that will enhance the learning process. Experiential Difference Between Boys and Girls This four hour workshop highlights educational strategies focused specifically towards the different learning styles between boys and girls. Challenge Course Facilitator Training and Workshops. Adventure Based Activities/Low Elements Facilitator Training (40 hour) Dates and location to be announced. This training leads to Low Elements Challenge Course Facilitator Certification. High Elements Facilitator Training (40 hour) Dates and location to be announced.This training leads to High Elements Challenge Course Facilitator Certification. Low Elements training is a pre-requisite. Trainees must attend all 4 days. Adventure Based Activities/Low Elements Facilitator and/or High Elements Skills Review and Recertification (1 day each) Dates and location to be announced. This reviews leads to Low and/or High Elements Challenge Course Facilitator Re-certification. SoftSkills Workshop (1 day) Dates and location to be announced. This one day workshop focuses on group dynamics, presentation of challenges, sequencing, and processing. Although many facilitators/leaders are comfortable and effective with their technical skills, the soft skills are what makes experiential education just that: experiential education/active learning.
