Appearance: It is very important that your security staff project a professional image. My-Guard Security will insure that all security personnel are properly uniformed in either our "Executive Style" or "Police Style" uniforms. We demand that our security guards maintain a neat and clean appearance at all times. Recruitment: During the personnel selection process, My-Guard screens applicants with the purpose of hiring responsible individuals with security experience and a strong family background. They must be fluent in the English language, both oral and written. We hire our guards with the intention of long-term employment which will help in building an educated security team. Development: My-Guard Security works closely with our clients to develop a security program tailored to their specific needs. This program will address the security and safety concerns as they pertain to your specific facility and will be reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis. A strong management/client communication assures we are keeping pace with the latest concepts and changes. Training: My-Guard Security has developed a thorough security training program, adaptable to any changes brought upon by the client. We hold regular security meeting/training sessions with all guards assigned to the various locations. All of our guards are "schooled" on the specific tasks and responsibilities of their assigned location. This insures that everyone is on the "same page" and are cognizant of the common goals of security as they pertain to the client. Supervision: My-guard security supervisors make random, unscheduled visits to the facility to ensure that our guards are performing their duties properly and are behaving in a professional manner. All security staff we assign to your facility will be thoroughly familiar with the site and their specific duties. All personnel possess the necessary licenses, certification, and background check as mandated by the States of New York & New Jersey. Management: My-Guard Security management team takes a "hands on" approach to the every day operations of our clientele. We ensure that all personnel assigned to our clients have the proper training, attitude, and appearance which our patrons have come to expect from My-Guard Security. Our operations managers meet with our clients on a regular basis to review the overall security performance and, if necessary, make immediate and effective changes to the existing security program.
