Tysinger Motor Group is known for providing VIP service in this campus for Audi, Mercedes Benz, Hyundai, Sprinter, and other signature vehicles. When the group was looking to take their service operations to the next level, they turned to MDL for both Service Drive and Zonal Tracking. SDC was implemented to give guests that ‘Ritz Carlton’ feeling when coming in for service. Service Consultants, Sales Consultants and Porters are able to greet guests by name when they drive through the service drive.
