Since most of the items on our website are shipped from the manufacturer to you, we shall be informing the manufacturer of the cancellation. Once they confirm that your order has been cancelled, we will then credit back your account.

We do not charge sales tax except for California orders. Unless the customer is able to provide us with a Reseller Certificate, taxes will not be collected in the transaction. For International orders, the shipping costs shown in the checkout or the shipping quotes given to you by our representatives do not include the taxes & duties, and brokerage fees. The chosen carrier will contact you for the clearance of the items before they are delivered to your residence.
