We want to be completely open and honest with you. There are inherent risks with pet boarding at any facility. Two pets sniffing the same light post at a park has risks. We also want you to know that we do everything we can to mitigate risks while we provide a social environment. Asking questions helps you and us. It helps you by providing a response so you can obtain better information to make a boarding/day care decision. It helps us because we hear things that we would not have thought of otherwise. As an example, the cots that we provide for beds had fixed legs. A customer asked if we could make the cot higher for their pet, so we created adjustable legs for the cots. We hope this section assists you.

A: We love dogs and enjoy playing with them. We will never get rich doing this and that is not why we are providing the service. We treat the boarders and daycare the same, which is our choice with your permission. Our costs are the same for boarding and daycare, so that is how we charge. If we were a larger facility with more overhead, we would need to charge more like the other places. Hey, if this is an issue feel free to pay more :-) After years of caring for animals, we find the environment less stressful and quieter when pets are not caged.

How We Operate: We know your Friend will do fine here. We also understand you need to be comfortable with us to keep your mind at ease while away. We allow drop in unannounced visits, and allow your approved friends and family to check in on your Friend for you. We want your pet to be excited to return so we treat them in manner that they will want to come back. We provide an environment where our friends are in separated for feeding and sleeping. This provides the safest environment for us to monitor food consumption and solitude for sleeping.

You need a service that you can be comfortable leaving your friend with. We treat each guest with the goal of them wanting to come back, not to be afraid to enter our doors for the second visit. So i guess you could say our mission is to provide a safe, secure, and inviting service that is open to suggestions and feedback that improves with each interaction.

We are happy with the word-of-mouth connections that we obtain. It says a lot about the service we provide and the great owners we work with.
