Mr. Helmer, has over 35 years experience in international business in several countries. His experience in China dates back to 1980, where he had several successful joint ventures with Government controlled companies. His real estate background with the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) and import/export background bringing Asian products to the US gives us a broad base in project development.

As in each of our 20 plus countries, APDC has made all of the necessary initial investment to penetrate each “new” country. We have chosen this path instead of going to our client base and asking each client to participate in the massive development costs to penetrate each new potential opportunity. We have taken all of the “upfront risks” in each country. Mexico has been the greatest investment in our 30 year history.

We now have seven financial sources competing for our business. We let them compete with speed, best interest rate, and other criteria that we have established. We would let them internally compete with your in house relationship with GE to sharpen everyone’s pencil.
