The largest global gathering of CA business partners, customers, executives and IT leaders, carefully structured to help leading organizations leverage their investment in CA and partner solutions, is returning to Las Vegas. In 2008, CA announced we would be holding our next CA World in Los Angeles. Due to popular demand, we are moving the event back to Las Vegas and the newly renovated Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. This education and networking conference offers content rich sessions, in-depth training, hands-on labs, and numerous networking opportunities. CA World focuses on the solutions, trends and innovations that will allow customers to more effectively govern and manage their IT environments, reduce costs, optimize service levels, strengthen security and align IT investments with business needs. Event Structure for CA World 2010 We continue to build on and refine the successful and well-received CA World format. Special programs for 2010 include: -Business Management Symposium (BMS): program for CIOs and Senior IT Executives from our Enterprise Accounts concerned with the strategic value of IT and how it can be leveraged to improve the customer experience and enhance business value. Content will be provided in conjunction with Smart Enterprise magazine and Smart Enterprise Exchange. -IT Management Symposium (ITMS): introduced at the last CA World, this program will be offered again for Vice Presidents, Directors and Managers responsible for the daily operations of IT. We plan to build offthe success of last year’s initial offering and offer as its own Focus Area under registration. -Partner Symposium (PS): in the past, a series of sessions were offered for our Channel Partners. This year the program will be reorganized to include all partners. -General Conference Program: the core of CA World is an education and training conference designed to help our customers and partners to get the most value out of CA products. These sessions provide hands-on product training, best practices and tips for optimizing the use of CA solutions. Sessions are delivered by CA customers, partners and our own knowledge experts. -Free education classes: as in the past, a series of free education classes will be offered to help accelerate the adoption and use of selected CA products.
