National Account Services Incorporated (NAS) began providing professional collection services in 1992 in the warehouse district of downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 2003, its office expanded and moved across the river to the capital city of Saint Paul. Today, we are located in the Midway area of Saint Paul, the Twin Cities fastest growing area, along the proposed Central Corridor light rail train line. NAS is a full service collection agency providing and/or coordinating pre-claims collection, and legal collection activity across the country on accounts ranging from student loans, credit cards, checking and savings (DDA), rental lease agreements, secured and unsecured bank loans/lines, and service and product invoices. Now in its 16th year, NAS has developed a reputation as one of the Twin Cities most effective, unique, and professional collection agencies. NAS is licensed and bonded by the Minnesota Department of Commerce, is a member in good standing of the American Collector's Association (ACA), and insists on a strict adherence to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) when providing its professional collection services. Our data is located in a access-restricted and monitored building; it is backed up nightly, brought off site and protected to ensure client data privacy. All data sensitive areas of our website are secure and password protected. All NAS employees are subject to internal background checks and are also individually registered with the Minnesota Department of Commerce. Our collection procedures, techniques, forms and letters, and communication are regularly reviewed by legal counsel and comply with the FDCPA.
