We offer two types of subscriptions, monthly, or you can save 10% on an annual subscription. The grace period for a monthly subscription is 3 days and 7 days for annual subscription. After that there is no refund for the term of the subscription so for monthly, you will automatically renew each month at the next billing cycle, and for annual you will automatically renew at the one-year mark. If you cancel within the billing cycle, your next subscription will not bill your card. You will have full use of the website for the remainder of your term. Each zip code is a separate subscription so you can buy some networks monthly and others annually. If you cancel, that zip code will automatically go back into the general pool for purchase by anyone. You must cancel each zip code individually. If you upgrade from monthly to annual there is no new grace period. You can upgrade each zip code individually at any time, but you cannot downgrade any ad once purchased. You are billed on a prorated basis. For example if you have a monthly business card ad in a zip code and you want to make it a full page ad after say 23 days, you can upgrade your membership zip code and the AD management system will tell the software exactly which AD to upgrade to and which zip code to apply the upgrade to. You are billed the business card rate for 23 days and the full-page rate for the remainder of the billing cycle. Thereafter you are billed at the appropriate ad rate for that zip code. You must upgrade each zip code subscription individually and there is no new grace period. View your upgraded AD on-line before purchasing. Annual ad upgrades are also prorated so if you wish to upgrade on day 65 for example, the remaining 300 days are billed at the upgrade rate. You can upgrade a same size AD from monthly to annual and get a prorated 10% discount on the remaining term. There is no prorated discount for the term already used up in any case.
