Description

Referrals are a large part of our business and if you talk to our customers you will understand why. From the beginning to the end of your project you will find professionalism that is unmatched by any other company.

Because of Step 1 , you call your insurance company and they send out an adjuster who verifies the damage and the extent of it. It is true that many homeowners call their roofing contractor to first determine if there is enough storm damage to justify starting the claims process. But the point is this: it is the insurance company – through the adjuster – who spearheads the process of verifying the extent of the damage, what needs to be done to rectify it, and how much it is going to cost.

They were polite, professional and careful with our landscaping and cleaned up the debris. NC Storm Repair is a reputable company that stands behind its promises. It was a pleasure working with everyone in the company that we came in contact with.

There are times when what you don't know won't hurt you. BUT THAT IS NOT TRUE WHEN IT COMES TO STORM DAMAGE REPAIRS. It takes an expert to see the damage that a storm may have caused. This damage may result in future problems. It takes an expert in insurance jargon to represent you, the homeowner, so that you get what you paid for. Waiting to see what will happen only means that your rights to file a claim may be lost. MYTH # 1 - I looked at my roof and didn't see any problems, or my roofer inspected it and there are no problems. FACT - Roofing systems must be physically inspected by someone who has training and experience to determine if there is actual hail damage. Insurance companies send their adjusters too special training so they can properly identify hail damage to property, unfortunately there is not much ongoing training for the roofing or home inspection industries. MYTH # 2 - I'm not missing any shingles so I must not have damage.FACT - Missing shingles are related to wind damage claims and can happen during a hail storm if the winds are high enough.

"I have recommended N.C. Storm Repair to my neighbors and 2 have already become your customers. As a retired roofer I know what quality roofing is and there is non better. My wife and I could tell that we not only got a great job but we were treated professionally and with care. I said no to all other roofing companies that tried to get our business and waited until I found N.C.
