Marilynn serves as Vice President of Operations for NDI Homes. She oversees the administrative and sales for the company. Marilynn has been involved in the home building industry for over 25 years in Florida and Maryland. With her extensive background and experience as a successful former business owner, Marilynn brings a level of quality control and customer service to our client's homes that is hard to match. Marilynn has a business degree and is a graduate from Miami University.

NDI Homes of Maryland was established with a "hands on" management and development approach to building custom homes in the Maryland real estate market. NDI Homes located in Annapolis, MD had a vision for building custom homes and quickly realized that a void needed to be filled. Our commitment to you is to build the home of your dreams at the most affordable price compared to other Maryland home builders. Through our team's collective years of home building experience we have met many challenges when building homes in Maryland.

Anne Arundel County is a unique opportunity providing every type of building scenario. The owners of NDI have built in Anne Arundel County for over 20 years providing expertise in areas of Pasadena, Severna Park, Arnold and Annapolis to the Southern end of the county from Edgewater to Shady Side. Our Experience ranges from raw land development to tear down of existing homes as well as wonderful waterfronts. Anne Arundel County also serves as the company's home base with a full service design center that assists clients with all their home selections and optional details.

Joni Serves as a Design and Sales Consultant with NDI Homes. She brings over 20 years of new homes experience in many facets of the market to include custom homes, additions, renovations, management and marketing. With a degree in art education, Joni's approachable and creative manor provides the ability to help you visualize and design a home that is uniquely yours. Joni is currently a volunteer for Last Chance Animal Rescue.

NDI Homes of Maryland was established to have a more "hands on" management and development approach in the Maryland market. They have been building homes since 2002 and their team has a combined home building and financing experience of over thirty years. NDI Home of Maryland had some successful ventures in Maryland with New Dimensions, Inc. out of Manassas, Virginia in the beginning and has adapted many practices that made the Virginia company so successful for 25 years. However, NDI Homes of Maryland has been independently operating for the past ten years.
