NFR Energy LLC is the largest privately held start-up in the industry, created specifically to invest in oil and gas exploitation opportunities. The company was formed in 2007 through a joint venture of two industry and financial leaders, Nabors Industries Ltd . and First Reserve Corporation . We have successfully established a focused asset base through entry into two key onshore regions - East Texas and the Rockies. Wells in these regions are primarily lower risk with predictable, repeatable production profiles with favorable upside potential. NFR Energy LLC actively engages in the acquisition, exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas. To date, NFR has invested $1B in strategic business development efforts and an aggressive drilling program. We intend to evaluate acquisitions of properties that we believe to have complimentary exploitation and development potential to our existing inventory. NFR Energy LLC will pursue projects in the onshore United States including operated and non-operated working interests, joint ventures, farm-outs, and acquisitions.
