Mike Guarino - Founder NJCD is the evolution of a life-long love of communicating through powerful images and words for Mike. Collaborating with the industries top talent, Mike creates innovative advertising concepts (broadcast and print), interactive initiatives and brand communications solutions for a diverse roster of clients. Mike enjoys developing strategic partnerships with his clients and seamlessly becomes part of the team as an extension of their marketing and creative department and business. Prior to NJ Creative Direction, Mike headed Guarino Woodman, an integrated advertising agency in New York City. Mike holds a BFA from the School of Visual Arts and lives in Summit, NJ with his wife Melissa and two sons Eric and Cameron, his two favorite creations to date.
