Description

NTC is a mid-sized family-owned distribution company intimately familiar with building, owning and operating C-Stores, having owned one for 10 years. NTC’s customer base consists largely of family owned C-Stores, Liquor Stores, Smoke Shops and Casinos. NTC, which did business for many years as National Tobacco Company, was organized as a Wisconsin corporation in 1969. Ownership changed in 1986 and again in 1994 when the present owners, Robert and Ann Schoenke, acquired the company.
