NTD has diversified experience in the alternate methods of project delivery, including Lease-Lease Back and Design-Build. Every project delivery method has its appropriate application; there is not one particular method that works best for all.

NTD utilizes a collaborative process to develop and complete the design of any project. It is our intention to involve all parties in the development of design solutions, allowing everyone to be involved in design decisions and to provide the highest level of service and value to our clients. While the “deliverables” are drawings used as instruments of service, we recognize that it is a “people” process first.
