Lissa Olson was born and raised in Anderson, IN and lived in Lancaster, then, NC and FL before moving back to Lancaster several years ago. She has a background in psychology, program administration and was a licensed counselor for women's issues and drug/alcohol counseling. She has owned her own business, providing administrative services to small professional businesses. Phil Rickenbach began his insurance career after graduating from Penn State University in 1988 at USF&G in Harrisburg. With over 22 years of experience in commercial lines, underwriting in both the insurance company and agency side, he has formed the Property and Casualty Division with William Tell. Married, with two dogs, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
Scott was born in Philadelphia and has lived in Lancaster for over 30 years. He graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan and also holds a master’s degree from Cal Tech. Scott spent the bulk of his professional career involved in the turnaround of small manufacturing companies where he became familiar with the impact of employee benefits on the bottom line. Married with one child, Scott and his wife, Lisa, are avid golfers.
I have been married to my husband, Bob, for over 30 years; I have one natural child, 3 step-children, and many grandchildren, including our latest grand-daughter born in December 2010!
Mike grew up in a small town north of Pittsburgh called Brookville. Mike attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh (AIP) for music videos and business. After graduating in 1992 with honors from AIP, he moved to Lancaster. Mike started out as a freelance audio engineer and a TV control room operator at WGAL. He then became a broadcast engineer for QVC. In 2005, Mike changed his career path to work in financial services. He gradually did more and more health insurance, and eventually switched in 2009 to doing group health and benefits full-time with NTI Group.
