Description

Most roasters/processors from USA and around the world buy cashew from various manufactures from India, Vietnam and Brazil, without paying enough attention to their production practices . The same happens at farm level where manufacturers give little or no attention to social responsibility. The result is an industry that is not free of child labor and not social responsible. Nutsco has created a processing program based on traceability concerns that we think has the potential to benefit the cashew value chain –from farmers to consumers.

Premium Cashews. The use of high quality raw material is our primary importance for achievement of consistently premium quality of our products. Our cashews are a point of pride for NUTSCO. Customer satisfaction is a priority for all workers at NUSTCO.

NUTSCO and USIBRAS quality control is updated and active based on the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) program that includes the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) that considers the Critical Control Points (CCPs) in several steps of the production process. The Control Points (CCPs) and the Pre-Requisite Program are represented in the company through the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) program.
