Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) & Civil Air Patrol (CAP) Cadet Firearms Training Program: Intro to JROTC: Each service branch provides students in accredited high schools an opportunity to voluntarily participate in Junior ROTC programs which foster leadership, develop good citizenship, self-confidence and self-discipline. JROTC Training introduces cadets to the elements of leadership, military customs, drill and ceremonies, uniform inspections, physical fitness training, marksmanship, and military history.
