The NRP Group is founded in Cleveland, Ohio, by Alan F. Scott, T. Richard Bailey and J. David Heller. We develop five projects that year.
An attorney in private practice in Cleveland, Ohio, for over 10 years, Ted focused on real estate, business transactions and environmental law. He represented retail and industrial landlords and tenants in leasing transactions, steered developers and lenders through all aspects of property acquisitions and refinancing, and helped developers to analyze the environmental risks linked to a purchase. He also drafted condominium and owners’ association documents for residential and commercial developments and represented clients who were using low-income housing tax credits.
