Nachlis & Fink’s law practice consists of direct representation of family law litigants in divorce and custody cases, within California and also, where appropriate, in other state jurisdictions. We also offer alternative dispute resolution services to those for whom it is appropriate and desireable to avoid the significant cost and stress associated with courtroom litigation, and we provide consultation and dispute facilitation services to other law firms.

Our attorneys have a combined experience of over 50 years practicing family law and helping spouses, domestic partners and parents resolve their family disputes. Attorneys Lorie Nachlis and David Fink are both Certified Specialists in Family Law by the State Bar of California. The firm is recognized as expert in complex family law and child custody litigation.

Lorie’s current practice emphasizes litigation, mediation and private judging. During the past 10-15 years, she has earned a reputation as a specialist in complex child custody litigation. For over 20 years, she has served as Judge Pro Tempore presiding over Family Law proceedings.
