Returns are never a problem. If you would like to return or exchange merchandise, please contact us by calling 1(888) 488-3372 M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm PST, email us at service@nalpak.com or fax us at 1 (800) 462-5725. Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any item to Nalpak, Incorporated for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error). Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a restocking/refurbishing fee are our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 60 days. We will ship your order promptly after it is received. Most merchandise will arrive in 7-10 business days. Oversized items may take longer.
