The new facility will be operational as of March 1, 2010. January 13, 2010 Laguna Tubular Products, Humble, Texas, is pleased to announce the completed purchase of 26.48 acres located on OCTG, L.L.P. ’s site at 9200 Sheldon Road, Houston, Texas. Laguna Tubular Product ’s capital expansion project is slated to include OCTG tubular upsetting, heat treatment, hydro testing, and all related ancillary equipment. Laguna Tubular intends to utilize OCTG ’s threading and 3rd party inspection services on site. The estimated completion date is scheduled for October 1st of this year for installation of the Heat Treat equipment, which is the longest lead time item though we will exhaust every possible effort to shorten this lead time.
