Description

The customer service department at National Galvanizing LP is a dedicated group of employees that work together as a team to assure that our customers get the information they need - when they need it. The customer service employees are assigned specific customers, but are cross-trained on all customer accounts to assure that our customer's needs are met at all times. Our customer service representatives' track the customer material from the time it arrives at our plant, goes through the processes, and ships out the door to the customer.
