Please choose carefully the information you post on NHOR. All content and photographs are made public for others to view. 4. Content. The NHOR Website allows Members and others to post, upload, display, publish, or otherwise submit material to the Website, including text, photographs, images, information, articles, illustrations, lyrics, audio, and videos for online tributes, obituaries, death notices and Guest Book entries. You agree that use of this Website is subject to all applicable local, state, federal and international laws and regulations. If you become aware of misuse of the NHOR Services by any person, please contact NHOR immediately at support@nhor.org . NHOR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting or photographs submitted or uploaded by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the NHOR Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability. NHOR expressly reserves the right to remove your content and photographs and/or restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to any part of NHOR services if NHOR determines, in its sole discretion, that you pose a threat to NHOR and/or anyone else. 5. Prohibited Use. You agree not to submit any material that: NHOR reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in NHOR's sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the NHOR services, terminating the Membership of such violators, and/or referring and cooperating with local, state, federal and international law enforcement authorities. 6.
