Stephanie Sunshine joins the National Parks Realty team with a love for Whitefish and the great outdoors. Originally from the San Francisco Bay area, Stephanie has owned and operated a small business in downtown Whitefish for over 18 years. After a successful venture in private real estate acquisition and development, Stephanie embarked on her real estate career in 2003 with a dedication to make researching and buying real estate an enjoyable process for her clients. Stephanie’s role in your real estate purchase does not end at closing. She is committed to providing her clients the tools they need to make educated decisions; from understanding market trends, to finding the property that best suits their needs, to finding qualified contractors. Having built and sold custom homes, Stephanie understands the permitting and construction process and can help navigate clients through the local permitting process at both the local and state levels.
