Michele Pollard Patrick is a Certified Protocol Officer and a Business Etiquette expert. She has been a consultant to corporate clients since 1987. She brings in depth knowledge to her seminar presentations and is recognized as an expert in the field of Business Etiquette. Michele is the Founder and Director of National Protocol, Ltd, a multilevel training organization based in Washington, DC. Michele is a Certified Teacher and published author. She has been teaching and coaching others for more than 20 years. She combines effective teaching techniques with a passion for promoting the Etiquette and Protocol skills necessary to succeed in business. Michele has been featured on network and cable television shows as well as in feature articles in the Washington Post and the Washington Times. She was also elected to the Who's Who of Entrepreneurs. Michele spent 5 years as a corporate trainer for the Xerox Corporation. It was during this time that she learned that nothing advances one's career faster than learning how to be gracious, tactful and confident in one's relationships with others. Her Business Etiquette program covers all the essentials necessary to handle clients, co-workers, and superiors with aplomb.
