In addition to managing and constructing major vertical construction projects, NationView can assist its customers with selecting a reputable design firm with specific experience for their project requirements. NationView has worked with some of the best architectural design firms in the country, and can create a design-build team that will provide an accurate budget and a quality product.

In a short time, NationView has built a strong corporate resume with many repeat clients. Our key management personnel bring over 100 years combined experience, and are dedicated to providing outstanding service to all of our clients.

Since 2008, NationView has completed six (6) design-build contracts for the US Army Corps of Engineers, including complete site development (horizontal) and vertical construction. These design-build contracts ranged in amount from $7.3 million to $15.7 million. Additionally, NationView completed two (2) design-build contracts for the Department of the Air Force at Creech Air Force Base, Nevada, including the Flight Medicine Clinic, and a field Dental Clinic.

NationView, LLC was founded in 2005 by its current President, David D. Martin . During the first years of its operation, NationView performed environmental investigative surveys and self-performed small renovation projects. While building corporate experience, they began the process of applying for an 8(a) certification through the Small Business Administration’s program for small disadvantaged businesses. In 2006, NationView was approved to enter the program and began to aggressively pursue Federal work.

By performance of these scopes, NationView has expertise to provide quick, high quality performance of many elements of a vast variety of scopes of work. We also have established relationships with many reputable subcontractors including, but not limited to, geotechnical, site work, site utilities, concrete, structural steel, drywall, flooring, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. Having self-performed many scopes, NationView can evaluate subcontractor scopes thoroughly to insure completeness, and can fill in the gaps to prevent scope creep or extending the project schedules.
