Nationwide Group is a full service real estate management firm with over 38-years experience in developing and managing residential and commercial property. Nationwide currently manages over 1,200 residential dwelling units including apartments, townhomes, and Homeowners Associations. Our portfolio of managed properties includes 1,257 multifamily units both conventional and affordable in 23 separate properties. In addition, we currently manage 45,000 square feet of medical office space as well as one homeowners association. We feel very confident in our ability to manage any type of multifamily real estate from single units to properties with 400 + units.
