The bonding line of credit for Native Environmental, LLC has been established at $1,500,000 single project limit, $3,000,000 aggregate program which has been set to meet the day to day needs of this company. This line of credit should not be considered a maximum amount of surety credit available, but rather a working line of credit to meet the anticipated needs of the company’s daily operations. Requests for surety credit above this line of credit are welcomed and reviewed on a case by case basis. As always, any future request for surety credit is based on the current underwriting information available at the time.

Corey has over 23 years of experience performing and managing technical projects related to environmental, health, safety, and asbestos-related issues. Experience includes 4 years identifying and documenting environmental issues for the United Stares Air Force as part of the Bioenvironmental Engineering department at Luke Air Force Base, 15 years of experience working as a project manager for private environmental consulting firms, and 2 years as an Environmental Quality Specialist for the City of Phoenix. Technical experience includes industrial hygiene surveys; asbestos inspections, management, project design, and third-party monitoring of asbestos abatement projects; Phase I and II environmental assessments; indoor air quality to include microbial projects; and radon-related issues. Former owner and operator of Environmental Risk Management Services a Phoenix based environmental consulting firm. Supervisory and management experience as well as experience administering general contracting and consulting contracts for government entities.

Dusty has successfully supervised over $300 million dollars in institutional, industrial, school, commercial and residential asbestos abatement and microbial decontamination projects. Dusty has over 31 years experience in the environmental industry including supervising two of the largest industrial and school asbestos abatement projects to date in Arizona. Dusty has extensive experience supervising crews that range from 5 up to 200 men. He works directly with office staff and field personnel in coordination with owner representatives and subcontractors for assigned projects. Dusty performs, field quality control oversight, pre-construction planning and troubleshooting, he oversees field operations and observes safety procedures in the field. His quality assurance goals are set at an extremely high level and he expects nothing less from his crews.
