Mr. Vincent William (Bill) Porto has two decades of experience in the areas of signal processing, pattern recognition, and more recently agent-based combat simulations. He received the B.A. in mathematics and has completed requirements for the M.A. in applied mathematics at the University of California at San Diego. He previously worked in the areas of ocean surveillance and ground motion modeling at ORINCON Corporation (1981-1995) and Del Mar Technical Associates (1980-1981), respectively. He joined Natural Selection, Inc. in 1995.
