Bob Warneke – Project Director Mr. Warneke joined Natural Soda, Inc. in August 2007. He has 29 years of manufacturing experience in industrial, chemical and mineral industries. He was employed by FMC Corporation for 14 years until 1993 progressing in engineering and management. In 1993 he joined North American Chemical Company and its successor companies as the plant manager of a new sodium bicarbonate plant in Rifle which is now the Natural Soda plant.
Kirk joined Natural Soda, Inc. in January 2014. He has 26 years of manufacturing experience in industrial, chemical, and mineral industries serving customers in diverse markets ranging from construction aggregates to automotive sealants to food and pharmaceutical products. Prior to joining Natural Soda, he worked for Minerals Technologies as the Plant Manager of their flagship Calcium Carbonate operation in Adams, MA. Kirk holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Idaho.

The new state-of-the-art facility was designed to produce the highest quality grades of sodium bicarbonate to the latest quality standards including GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) standards.
