Description

Paul is a registered landscape architect in Pennsylvania and a professional planner in New Jersey with 24 years of experience in land planning, landscape architecture, zoning, expert testimony and land development approvals. Joining the firm in 1998 in the role of project manager, Paul quickly earned the title of director of land planning and landscape architecture services, a department he cultivated to provide value added service to Nave Newell’s clients.

Nave Newell was established by Greg Newell in 1992 and built on the foundation of listening to and understanding clients, establishing long term relationships and providing extraordinary customer service; while along the way, attracting and mentoring other professionals ready to live up to the same standards.

Nave Newell has prepared schematic design drawings and a zoning code amendment. We are currently working on a lot consolidation to obtain additional land from SEPTA as well as working with the University and the architects to develop a site plan to meet programming needs and with municipal staff to investigate the sewer capacity to service the project.

The project required zoning relief and is progressing through land development approvals, as well as third-party approvals through PennDOT and DEP/MCCD.As Pep Boys grows throughout the Greater Philadelphia region, Nave Newell is also providing on-call survey services and expert testimony for zoning approvals to convert former retail buildings into Pep Boys Auto Centers.
