Navin, Haffty & Associates was founded in 2001 with a sole focus on meeting the needs of healthcare organizations utilizing the MEDITECH HCIS. While many consulting firms offered MEDITECH related services at that time, there was not a single company providing consulting services exclusively to this market. Navin, Haffty & Associates was established with a singular purpose: to assist hospitals and health systems in maximizing the value of their MEDITECH EHR.

John Haffty brings over thirty (30) years of Healthcare Information Systems experience and is a recognized expert in the MEDITECH HCIS. With Jim Navin, he formed Navin, Haffty & Associates. Since its founding in 2001, Navin, Haffty & Associates has grown into the largest consulting company that is focused exclusively in the MEDITECH market. John has worked with some of MEDITECH’s largest and most complex organizations. Further, John meets regularly with the leadership of MEDITECH to maintain close contact on their developments and plans and to share real-world experience with them.

Jen has been working with Navin Haffty and Associates since April 2010 and brings over 8 years of MEDITECH healthcare experience. She started as a consultant working on a 6.0 implementation and has transitioned into her new role as a Sourcing and Recruiting Specialist. Prior to joining the Navin Haffty and Associates team, Jen worked at Overlake Hospital in Bellevue, Washington. It was there that Jen was introduced to MEDITECH and became an expert in the Admissions and Scheduling modules.

Since our inception, Navin, Haffty & Associates’ sole focus has been providing solutions that maximize the value of your MEDITECH EHR. The experience we have gained along the way has made us the largest and most respected MEDITECH consulting firm in North America. Jenn Hohm began working with Navin, Haffty & Associates as an Independent Contractor in 2005, specializing in the MEDITECH Laboratory Information System, and is currently is a Senior Recruiter. While consulting, her engagements ranged from implementations, upgrades, validations, support roles and project management, all with a primary focus on clinical areas. Jenn transitioned to the resource management department in 2012 to provide an intimate knowledge of MEDITECH, hospital policy and procedures, IS consulting and project management experience to the recruitment process.
