When Ned Sperry forms your Colorado LLC, it will be formed completely and you will have everything you need to operate the LLC in compliance with Colorado law. And, it isn’t always about the mere preparation of documents.

Many of our c lients have requested that we act as their registered agent in Colorado or assist in filing their Periodic Report with the Colorado Secretary of State-services that, until now, we haven't formally offered.

Acting as registered agent for your business, we provide a registered office in Colorado for the acceptance of service of process and receiving forms, notices and other documents from the Colorado Secretary of State. Upon receipt of any of those documents, they will be briefly reviewed, scanned and promptly sent to you via e-mail. Electronic delivery is not only faster than mail forwarding, but also enables easy distribution of the document to your managers, officers, employees and advisers as needed. If the original or a hard copy is requested, a postage fee will apply.

Service of process is the legal term for the delivery of copies of legal documents such as summons, complaints, subpoenas, orders to show cause, writs and certain other documents.
