Nelson-Rudie & Associates, Inc. was established in 1976 to provide engineering services to Architects, Owners, and Developers in both the public and private sector. We strive to maintain long term relationships with our clients by offering a personal and direct involvement in each project by our Principals and our staff. We have clients that we have worked for since the inception of our firm.

In our many years of experience we have developed a strong personal service approach to working with our clients. We developed and maintained long term clients, many since the inception of our firm, by maintaining a personal and direct project involvement by our Principals in each project from the preliminary stages through the final completion. A Principal is directly involved in the project meetings, design review and coordination, preparation of specifications, quality control/assurance, and construction phase and closeout of each major project.

At Nelson-Rudie & Associates, Inc., our experienced team of electrical engineers has significant experience in the design and construction observation of power, lighting, and special systems for various new and renovation projects. Our electrical engineers hold a high level of expertise which is demonstrated by our involvement and successful completion of a variety of electrical engineering assignments. Some examples include tenant improvement for small retail centers to power distribution systems for large commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.

Mr. Woehrle has over twenty five years of experience in mechanical engineering involving design, coordination, shop drawing review and field inspections. During this time, Mr. Woehrle has designed various types of buildings including educational, retail, commercial, industrial and residential. Mr. Woehrle joined Nelson-Rudie & Associates after graduation and is currently in charge of the Mechanical Engineering Department and is also a Principal in the firm.

Mr. Decourt has 2 years of engineering experience prior to joining Nelson-Rudie & Associates, Inc. He has been with Nelson-Rudie & Associates, Inc. for the last 18 years. Mr. Decourt is a Principal of the firm.
