In January 1997, we installed the first of two five axis CNC routers for trimming of close tolerance parts. This machine proved to be invaluable so in November, 2000 we purchased a "sister" machine from the same manufacturer. CNC trim paths are the ticket for critical dimension trimming and odd trim shapes. These machines have a 60" X 120" bed and will accept a formed part up to 42" in height. Large parts trimmed to CNC tolerances...you will not find that everywhere. CNC equipment is driven by technology. Technology and NPI are synonymous. Our base engineering software is SURFCAM © and we have the ability to accept customer engineering information via Email or diskette. Thermoforming of flat sheet plastic requires talented machine operators and quality equipment. To become the BEST custom thermoformer in the business, we have designed and constructed 6 of our 9 thermoforming machines.
