Description
Nesin Therapy Services is seeking licensed Physical Therapist. Nesin Therapy is a manually based company with 3 outpatient clinics in the Huntsville and Madison, Alabama area. Our primary caseload is orthopedics, but we also have a client base in sports and women's health. Our company is committed to clinical excellence and the professional development of our employees. Our therapists are scheduled with one patient an hour, which combined with a formal mentoring program, monthly in-services and aggressive continuing education program affords a unique environment for new graduates or experienced clinicians to enhance their clinical skills. We have an outstanding team including 16 PTs and 3 PTAs and we do not employ aides. Therefore, our physical therapists spend the majority of their time in direct patient treatment rather than evaluation only.
At Nesin Therapy, service to our patients is paramount. In order to ensure that we are able to provide the highest quality of care possible, it is important for us to collect payments for service in a timely manner. Please review our financial policy for information regarding payments.
Insurance companies will pay for Physical Therapy as long as it is “medically necessary" and they can see documented progress. Most patients are able to progress such that they can be discharged from therapy with a home program (exercises) and do very well within the time/visitation limits mandated by insurance. However, some patients request to continue their therapy beyond the limitations established by insurance. We are happy to be able to provide physical therapy under a Maintenance Program. As a Maintenance patient, you may come in as needed or per a schedule that you and your therapist establish. Your therapist will re-evaluate you periodically and send updates to your doctor. For our Maintenance patients, we have established our version of the “frequent flyer” program based on the number of sessions you attend. As you attend more sessions, the cost per session decreases.
A A deductible is the amount of money that your insurance plan expects you to pay before they will pay any portion of your medical expenses. Some plans apply a deductible only one time. Other plans may apply a deductible for each type of medical treatment (i.e. psychiatric, speech therapy, physical therapy, physician’s visit, etc.) that you receive. A deductible is usually a yearly charge. The best way to learn about your deductible is to contact your insurance company or visit their website. Using your contract/ID number will allow you to access this information for your individual plan. The contact information is usually posted on the back of your insurance card.
A Most insurance companies will pay for physical therapy. However, the number of visits, co-payments and deductible varies from one insurance plan to another. To confirm your coverage, it is best to call your insurance company or visit their website to find out what coverage your individual plan offers. Insurance companies will not cover the cost of any physical therapy supplies that you may choose to purchase for home use.
