LEXINGTON, KY., (July 15, 2013) – NetGain Technologies has announced that it has achieved Service Organization Controls (SOC) 2 certification. The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”) issued new guidance related to the structure, requirements and methods of reporting on controls at a service organization.

When NetGain Technologies was founded in 1984 by Don Jacobson it was a small business in a single office. In fact, one of his first employees was his son, and current CEO, Mark Jacobson. Now, our Managed Solutions Provider (MSP) company has grown to an industry leader with seven locations in six states and over 150 employees. While NetGain Technologies has grown over the past 30 years, and the industry certainly has changed, one thing remains the focus: commitment to the client.
