When you sign up for our service, we will ask you to provide contact information such as your name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, and payment information. We may ask you to complete user surveys, and to provide certain demographic information, such as age, gender, special interests, etc. You do not have to provide this type of information to use our service if you do not want to. If you contact us for customer support, we may also ask you for information about your operating system, software and other technical matters.

We provide our services on quality hardware including Raid10 disks that runs on latest Quad core servers. This makes us costly when you compare our price to vendors that provide their services on dual core servers or without Raid10 protection.

A knowledge of Drupal is only required to manage the Aegir web sites. But since the servers we provide are un-managed you might be required to know more than Drupal for running the server. A Linux server administration skills are recommended.

Our hosting plans makes hosting as simple as listening to music. We provide you with all necessary tools required to make hosting a simple and enjoyable task. Industry best Control panels and software are available to you for creating your blog, photo gallery and email accounts by simple button clicks.

To reduce our operational cost, we provide only hardware level support. Any issues related to the hardware and network, we will be there to support you. You are provided with root access and are expected to maintain the software. From our understanding, most Drupal developers are able to run their sites with very minimal external support. These savings are passed to you.
