Jeff Ebihara joined the NB+C team in 2013 as the Director of Business Development. He has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and public policy, primarily in the energy and wireless telecommunications industries. He has worked in the wireless industry in several executive capacities, including Real Estate and Construction Manager at BellSouth Mobility, Director of National Site Development at AT&T Wireless Services and South East Region Vice President at American Tower Corporation.
Michael Dean is the Managing Director of the Southeast Region. With more than 15 years of experience in telecommunications, Michael began his tenure with NB+C in 2004 as project manager and was quickly promoted to project director in 2005. Due to Michael's excellent project results and client service, he was named a managing director in 2006. Prior to joining NB+C, Michael worked in wireless site acquisition and project management, and on wireless and utilities architectural and engineering projects.
Steven Weber serves as managing director of legal & safety. With more than 13 years of experience in telecommunications, he has consulted for numerous clients in land use matters ranging from leasing and easements to zoning and permitting. Over the course of his career, he has obtained countless zoning approvals for clients in the Mid-Atlantic and currently handles all internal corporate legal and safety matters.
