Michael Berman has been practicing law for over 10 years. Mr. Berman was General Counsel for Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc., a publicly traded information technology company on the NASDAQ. Mr. Berman has also worked as General Counsel for Tecniflex, Inc. and Imagic Corporation. During his legal career, Mr. Berman was involved in numerous financial institution regulatory matters and contract management issues, and assisted in the development of many information management systems.
