Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. , is a general practice law firm with offices in New Haven and Fairfield. The firm was formed in 1993 by three former principals of a large Hartford and New Haven-based law firm. The firm presently has twenty seven attorneys. The founding principals' fundamental goal in creating this new partnership was to provide clients the benefits of their years of experience at a large firm with the personal attention, flexibility and cost savings that a smaller firm can provide.

For that reason, we have grown primarily by adding lawyers with the same background and philosophy, and we remain committed to service, responsiveness, and top-quality representation.

Since opening in 1993, the health law practice at Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C., has been providing a wide range of services to all levels of healthcare practitioners and entities, including medical liability defense.
