Our company was originally founded in 1999 under the name Ferrell & Neuhoff, Inc. by Grady Ferrell and Ken Neuhoff. The partnership continued until the retirement of Mr. Ferrell in late 2007. During the 8 years together Ken Neuhoff has benefited enormously from Mr. Ferrell’s 35+ years of custom building in the Raleigh area.
