NEUMAN Claim Administrators, Inc. is a third party administrator of both insured and self-insured workers' compensation and disability benefits programs. We provide all the services needed for the design and successful implementation of your program.Our service goal at NCA is to develop and successfully implement broad based strategies to achieve expense reductions in workers' compensation and disability benefits.By "broad based strategies," we mean a plan that includes safety training and accident prevention; managed care and case management for those claims that do occur and fraud investigation when needed. For our self-insured groups of multiple employers, we will also include the creation of a customized rating plan that provides financial incentive for employers to achieve excellent safety records, while offering coverage at costs well below the industry averages.
