We work together in open and flexible studio teams under the leadership of Principals and Associates who have been with the firm, on average, over twenty years. The stability of our senior staff means clients can count on us, personally, to get the job done right and to provide continuity from project to project in rewarding relationships that stand the test of time.

The Kenneth Neumann Design Scholarship was established in his honor to provide scholarships for graduate architecture students from the University of Michigan, University of Detroit Mercy and Lawrence Technological University schools of architecture.

Neumann/Smith has provided planning and design services for a variety of federal, state, county and city facilites. We have a successful track record of working with government agencies, user groups and the public to develop fiscally responsible buildings that serve the ceremonial, administrative and security needs of the public.
