Years later, working from their garage, Rebecca and Jaye were able to raise enough working capital to start Neutral Posture, Inc. Surviving by hard work and word-of-mouth advertising, they instituted a generous policy of providing demonstration models to any customer - a philosophy that still exists today. Neutral Posture is now an international company with numerous award-winning patented products and the personnel to match.

Founded in 1995, National Women Business Owners Corporation (NWBOC) leads the way as the nation's first national WBE certifiers. The goal of NWBOC is to increase competition for corporate and government contracts through implementation of a national certification program for women business owners.

Neutral Posture is a women-owned manufacturing company in Bryan, TX. We employ people in anything from production to accounting to customer service to engineering.
